Thank you for choosing Bodyology Bodysculpt Inc. We are committed to delivering high-quality wellness services and products. Please read our policy carefully before booking or making a purchase.

1. Services – No Refunds
All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services, including but not limited to:

Body sculpting treatments

Post-operative care services
-
Wellness consultations
-
Packages and bundles

If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to reach out directly. We will do our best to address any concerns and improve your experience moving forward.
2. Products – Limited Returns
While most product sales are final, we do accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Return must be requested within 7 days of receipt

Shipping costs are non-refundable
To initiate a return, email us at bodyologybbs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

3. Appointment Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a rescheduling fee.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In rare cases where you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at bodyologybbs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
